PC Monitoring & Patching

Central IT Consulting provides maintenance and support for your existing hardware and software, including all on-site equipment, installed 3rd party software, and a line of business applications. Additionally, we provide support and troubleshooting for remote access solutions, including VPN access, remote desktop, webmail, and remote access setup of off-site computers. When a remote resolution is not possible, we will come on-site!

Network Security

Central IT Consulting secures your infrastructure from unauthorized access. Doing this ensures that you have a safer environment for the devices and applications, allowing your users to work in a secure manner.

Web Filtering

Central IT Consulting monitors web activity and prevents access to suspicious URLs. This helps mitigate potential malware and virus & phishing attacks. It can also help to enforce your corporate policies.

Automated Support

Central IT Consulting's Remote, Monitoring and Management (RMM) software is used to provide support. This includes the installation of critical updates for Windows Operating Systems, 3rd party software, and Microsoft Office. Automated support includes remediation for installed malware, failed services, drive clean-up and optimization, virus, malware, and spyware scans, defrags, and hardware and software auditing. We monitor all PCs that are powered on 24/7 for critical errors.

Office 365 Support

Microsoft Office 365 will be supported for each user. The Office 365 Business Premium plan includes email hosting with 50 GB mailboxes - including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, plus 1 terabyte for file storage and sharing.

Backup Monitoring

Central IT Consulting monitors both cloud and local backup performance and backup jobs through our Remote, Monitoring and Management (RMM) software. In the event of any errors or failures, a service ticket will be created and will be addressed by a technician or Central IT Consulting automation server which provides automatic responses to resolve critical issues.

Security Threat Detection & Remediation

Central IT Consulting provides managed threat detection and remediation services to uncover and address malicious network penetration attempts upon end-user PCs as well as centrally used servers.

Endpoint Protection & Antivirus

All licensing for Bitdefender business grade antivirus is included for Servers and PCs. Central IT Consulting monitors the antivirus software 24/7 and in the event of a virus, worm, ad-ware, or spyware being detected a ticket will be created. We will address viruses with an emergency response by a technician to confirm virus removal.

Monthly Reporting

Central IT Consulting provides clients with monthly reporting, detailing resolved tickets, patching, antivirus performance, service availability, and network reliability.

Virtual CIO

Central IT Consulting provides quarterly meetings with clients to review ongoing issues, go over upcoming project work, discuss changes in vendors, advise on best practices, create budgets, and plan the technology roadmap for the next period.
